I wouldn't be surprised if the rangers fired their coach because they're going full rebuild either. Not sure how a coach would react to the owner being gm.

Planning on going to the Wings game alone tonight.

Has anyone ever done it? Nobody else can afford tickets because VGK is in town.

 

I've gone to plenty of Devils games by myself

 

These tickets are insane. I almost jumped on a pair of $65 tickets last night because I knew it would only get worse. It's kind of funny, I'm over here complaining about tickets for $65, but that was like typical or cheaper than typical when I looked into Blackhawks games a couple years ago.

I've never gone to any sort of event alone, but it's going to be a fun time, I'd guess it'll be the highest attended game of the season if I had to guess because so many people want to see the Knights, plus Tatar's comeback... I am sure you'll fit right in.

 

I have a $75 credit on my StubHub account and found a ticket that comes out to exactly $75 haha

 

Peters is a good coach, IMO. Francis was bringing the Hurricanes closer and closer to the playoffs as well. Teravainen was a huge piece to bring in, and Williams has been a key piece since he came along. I think the team obviously has struggled in finding that goaltender, but I also think that the Canes are such a young team overall... I just checked an article in regards to average age, and as of January, only 3 teams were younger than the Hurricanes in terms of average team age.

The defense has 2 regulars who are 21, Slavin averages 22 minutes at 23 years of age, Pesce is just 23 as well... Faulk has been in the league forever but he's only 25. The oldest is TVR at 26. I don't watch enough Hurricanes games to know about how this age issue is impacting their club, but I know it's always discussed that young defenders make big, costly mistakes.

I think Carolina is really close to the playoffs, and I hope firing Francis doesn't really hurt them. At the end of the day, he has always needed time, and he put them in a better position going forward imo.

 

tickets for all the next sharks home games average between $25-50 so that is nice.

 

I spent $30 for the Wings/Flyers game coming up

 

$18 for the Nucks vs Ducks next week. I’m taking a bunch of my coworkers. I’m slowly getting them into hockey. And more importantly the Ducks.

 

tickets for the blues game tonight are $25 in my section and I just got off work but I refuse to go until JT is back

Decided to just watch the game from home. Instead bought a pair of tickets for when the caps come to town so I can take my dad who hasn't been to the LCA
