NHL won't allow Seattle to name their team the Metropolitans anymore with the division of the same name but this is a pretty cool workup.

Sucks about Boeser, I always hate to see time-intensive injuries in a rookie season like his.

Meanwhile the Stars play the Preds tonight, as of that wasn't bad enough, and Faksa, Lindell, and Bishop are all out with injury/illness. So there's that. :/

Edit: not downplaying McAvoy, just I already knew about that one and this is the first I've heard about Boeser.

 

If Preds win tonight, they will top their point total from last season with still another 16 games left.
