also the sharks traded Demers because they wanted Mueller to be an anchor in our top 4 so it's kinda hilarious how much that has backfired.

They proceeded to sign Martin/Schlemko to make up for the Demers decision.

 

Beaulieu isn't good. not sure why people think that was such a great deal for BUF

hes paid fairly for being a 2nd line center, which he is. ~40 points and elite defensively.

 

both good deals imo. I see Carpenter as our 4th line center and Heed as bottom pairing defenseman.

 

also should we wait until tomorrow to start posting about who got protected or just start now?
