again, not sure what you're trying to prove? That Landry isn't a good WR? No one has ever said he doesnt get most of his targets near the LOS...thats the way the scheme uses him. Larry Fitz, Edelman, etc also get most of their targets in close too.

Part of that is we haven't had competent TE play for awhile. Also remember, his yards/catch had been increasing the past 2-3 years when he had actual competent QB play.

 

Guys I really hope Allen Robinson can come back and be good again

His 2015 was so ridiculous, he showed ELITE ball skills, but then 2016 he didn't have the same magic making catches in traffic.

Having a player like that on our current roster would put us over the edge. Maybe now that Bortles knows how to play without him, he won't force him the ball as much?

It's just an interesting stat. You guys get so defensive. He's a free agent receiver who is gonna to get paid, helpful to know what kind of receiver he is and what kind he isnt.

 

Interesting on both sides of the coin. Next team could use him in more effective third down routes. He has shown he’s reliable however he is used and that maybe indicates it’s Miami who failed to get the most out of him on third down.

 

I think Landry is a great complementary piece. Wouldn't build a passing game around him though.

Even some of the best coverage LB in the NFL dont get 30 career interceptions. Let alone the fact that most those dudes are less than 230 pounds and they ain’t getting close to 40 sacks at all
