I'm surprised Bortles even had the year that he did. He had nobody to throw to except his running backs. Lol. They need to upgrade that receiving core. That's the main reason why the Jags shouldn't cripple themselves going after Cousins. He's not worth the money when you could use it on positions that really need to be improved. And if Bortles shits the bed next season, then at least they know he's not the future. Especially since this is pretty much the first time he'll be playing under a system that he knows for a 2nd year in a row. No more excuses at this point, I would say.
