    The rivalry is back on

But really, if Vrabel brings in an OC that will scheme to Mariota, this is still a big win for them

Why am I excited to experience cruel and unusual punishment tomorrow afternoon? I shouldn’t be excited. Just thinking “well if we could somehow-“ nope, the Patriots kick everybody out of the playoffs.

I should be releasing my EP right now as a last remnant to preserve my memory, as I’m likely not to make it past 5:30 pm. I’ll write in my will that I just want Yannick Ngakoue to sack/FF Brady.

Hoping for the best tomorrow, but expecting to have to root for the Patriots in two weeks.

I get the pleasure of watching Blake Bortles in the AFC championship game in person today. Whooo!

ESPN had the Jags opening with a projected 6-10 record and a last place finish in the AFC South.

Well, considering the injuries to the Texans and Luck never even playing, it’s not that irrational.

  12. I honestly saw them at 7-9 or 8-8

I said 9-7 was best case. I think Randall and I actually agreed on that too.

Tell me what I missed Supporter

I picked the Jags to have a .500 or above record most of the last 8 years. This year was the year I finally gave up because that talented lifeless team burned me too many times. Shows what I know.

That division next season might finally be interesting.

Colts: If Luck returns and is Andrew Luck that’s a playoff caliber team. Probably not a good one, yet.

Texans: If Watson improves on what we saw and they can come back with that healthy defensive line, oh man I could see them a top 3 AFC team.

Jags: I mean an AFC championship game is crazy good for a team with Bortles at QB. A year later and with maybe Robinson back?

Titans: Pretty meh about them, but certainly made playoffs this year.

The Colts could come out of this draft with a pair of Chubbs and that would make them a scaryish team for me

Or they’ll probably just draft another WR again haha

Yes, please draft James Washington 3rd overall. I would love it

We reached my best case scenario at 10-6. And I said the only way we do that is if our defense reaches its potential, Bortles throws much less, and Fournette gets 1000 yards.

Even having said that, I can admit I was being more idealistic than realistic at the time. It wasn’t exactly a prediction because it required a lot of things to go right. I’m still shocked it all actually happened. I did agree that 9-7 or 8-8 was much more likely, but said that 7-9 would be unacceptable.

We had similar predictions but your floor was a game lower and my ceiling was a game higher

That would be a great hire for them. He's got a great offensive mind and he'll never lose them a game due to play calling cause the games won't be that close anyway

Maybe two wrongs will make a right on offense?

If you want a QB to stop making stupid mistakes, its a good hire (Bens sack rate got cut in half, etc). And yeah, since the Browns are years from mattering, could be good
