I think I see it as "we're firing the OC and letting the new OC bring in his own QB coach" rather than "we're firing the OC and the QB coach"

But I could be entirely wrong

Bengals got rid of their O-Line coach Paul Anderson. Some good news after the Marvin debacle.

Sorry but I don’t think any news is good news in Cincy after that Marvin Lewis piece yesterday.

Unless they trade John Ross to the Eagles then that is great news.

What is this "fast receiver" you speak of? Bills let Goodwin and Watkins go and replaced them with a couple of dump trucks in Matthews and KB.

Deonte Thompson will probably draw Bouye though and he's pretty fast. Zay Jones has been the #3 for a few weeks now since he has developed an allergy to the football

Loggains did some great work in Cleveland with Hoyer, Manziel and Shaw in 2014.

There are a shitload of teams that either definitely will or could possibly have their 2018 week 1 starting QB be different from who started week 1 in 2017. Either because of trades, injuries, free agency or retirements. Theoretically, half the league could be lead by a different QB.

Hell, only the NFC South would likely have the same 4 starting QB's from this past year. Only curiosity would be if Brees retires if they win the Super Bowl.

? My post may be a little confusing with how I worded it. Rodgers started week 1 in 2017 and will be in 2018. Unless they trade him and keep Hundley *insert laughing / crying emoji*

my bad, it was more so a joke since they are cleaning house via coaches. haha

    pale earnhardt jr.

Could say with all the nonsense tryna finesse the NFL to make the Packers release him for that IR shit as well.

I am interested in the Bills going forward with their QB situation, think they draft and let the rook and Tyrod battle for it. I like Tyrod but there really can be a case argued either way, but considering barely thrown any TDs to wide outs in 2 months... writing is on the wall there.

Ahhh, gotcha. That's for sure. Still baffled by keeping Thompson on in an "advisor" role. Like, how awkward for the next GM to have the previous one still around. Does Thompson have a huge buy out clause so moving him to a different job saves money? What team has ever (essentially) fired their GM but kept them with the team???

As happy as I am for the Bills that they made the playoffs, I wish they were better or more fun to watch. They got completely destroyed three weeks in a row, including two 30+ point losses back to back and while some of their losses were clearly the offense's fault (9-3 barnburner vs Carolina) they were just so inconsistent this year.

Again, kudos for making the playoffs and ending the streak, but I wish a different, better Bills team had broken it.
