I feel like the Vikings will resign Keenum and if they can, sign bridgewater to a one year discounted deal to prove himself for a longer deal. But who knows, there might be a QB needy team that overpays him.

 

Anything is better than Landry Jones.

Yep, if Bridgewater had stayed on the PUP (which likely he would have if Bradford was healthy), his contract would have tolled into 2018. But because he's active roster, they all expire at years end.

Id put 95% odds that Bridgewater is back with them though. They love him (constantly talking about starting him over a QB who is 11-3), and he wont command an Osweiler style deal because of the uncertainty.

edit: Actually, this might be interesting if they decide to go this route. Not using the 5th year option and leaving him on PUP til after week 6 might mean they have him in 2018 for his rookie salary.
