... they were a playoff team last year. Personally, with Tannehill's return, I think they'll be in the playoff hunt next year.

I was going to say the Bears. Just had that one fluke year with Cutler. Lions might have an argument depending on how you judge sadness. One playoff win since 1957.

That's a message for everyone, regardless of your opinion of Vance.

  8. I honestly wouldn't be shocked if the Bills win next week.

    Me neither.

  10. I was on the Jags bandwagon but with how they finished the season I'm not sure how to feel about them.

I don’t know how anyone can be confident in any team in the NFL playoffs haha, that’s the fun part

Of all the strange things that happened in 2017 having two teams in the playoffs from the AFC South may just be the weirdest.

The special teams issues will probably get corrected.

But Bortles is likely gonna ruin this game for us like I thought he would.

TEN had no business beating us. I’m almost done watching, at the last 2 minute warning, and they are 2/15 on third down conversions, have 80 rushing yards total, and 170 passing yards total (75 of which came from a screen pass). Their talented OL didn’t actually block well for Henry nor did they stop us from gettin 3 sacks and a fumble for a TD. They fucking suck and we lost to a shit team.

Bortles however straight up missed more throws than I can count on both hands, and failed every effort Hackett made to make the offense more palatable for him. The one great downfield throw he made, Dede Westbrook dropped in the end zone outright. (We’d have been ahead 17-15).

Multiple special teams fumbles and a Keelan Cole fumble essentially gave them 9 of their 15 points (3 FG on drives that the offense didn’t earn a single first down). Plus Fournette... we really got TwoNette because he likes to go down a lot easier and avoid contact a lot more when it’s below 40 degrees.

The Titans again are awful and have no business being in the playoffs or beating us... but I’d be lying if I said I thought WE were ready considering the direction Bortles and Fournette are trending, and the fact that our backup WR might be falling back down to Earth.

feel like gurley hasn't generated as much buzz as RB's have in the past so id say brady with high confidence

Gurley had a great season, it wasn't give-the-MVP-to-a-RB great though. Brady will/should win.

i struggle a lot with the MVP award because while brady is likely the best, i doubt his value to an average team being significantly higher than the next ~5-7 qbs. meanwhile, someone like gurley or bell especially have both a higher gap over their competition and are more of a game changing player imo. not to mention their salaries are smaller, making them even more of a value.
