Any team with $5mil in cap space should be trying to get him, since he comes cheap in terms of real cash

 

Seems weird Browns would cut him given he just turned 28 and they aren't pressed for cap space or anything. Something has to be going on, but hope the 49ers try to get him anyway since they're flush with cash and really have a need at corner right now.

 

He's expensive and not very good. That was probably it.

 

A team like the Saints make sense. They need all help they can get.

 

Haden was one of the best corners in the league a couple years ago. Play fell off a bit recently but injuries seemed to have played a part in that.

 

Saints, Chiefs, and Cowboys from what I hear.

 

Haden's been pretty rough to watch, but it's sad to watch him go. He's been a great supporter of Cleveland's communities and other teams. I think the injuries really took it out of him and not scheme or anything. I just hope he doesn't go to a rival.

 

Steelers are interested but I don't think he'll even consider them. It's probably Cowboys for him.

 

If Nelson Agholor is dusting you, I do not want you on my squad. Go elsewhere.

Its less money and more the unfairness of asking players and coaches to leave family, etc at this time. If it was a 3rd preseason game, they might be playing it (even then, probably not)...but the final one?

Yeah, Cockrell is cheap on that RFA tender. Could save just as much money with a partial restructure of Ben's deal.

 

I get both ends really. Like, id rather players get to see their families and rather everyone be healthy. And at the same time it sucks that they collected so much donation money through ticket sales that's basically gonna get refunded, and some of the guys competing for their job aren't gonna get another chance. I don't know. I just think it should've been cancelled before any relocation was decided on and sales were made.

 

Man, I really just cant wait for this season to start!
