He should be tier five, not six.

 

Based on what I've seen, people are either in the toilet bowl on Wentz or in the clouds, there really is no in between.

Kind of fascinating, really.

But I'd 100000% take him over like, say...#11 Sam Bradford.

 

I just remember when Wentz was coming out of college and it was like "He's a project but his ceiling is super high and getting that 5th year option for him will be very useful" and then he got thrust into starting and all of a sudden because he had to start his ceiling isn't that high? I don't get it. I feel like having opinions on the career arc of Wentz is WAY too early.

 

He came out of the gate firing last year before Lane Johnson left for his ten game roids suspension and he regressed from there a little bit. He also (and I will go to my grave believing this) had one of the worst skill position groups in the NFL that stunk.

That has been, at the very least, improved this year and hopefully Lane can stay off the dope. I'm personally excited to see what he does his year.

 

Erving has a lot of flexibility by being able to fail at every position on the O-line.

 

No player can commit holds and still not help the play quite like Erving

 

Honestly he should just go through waivers unclaimed so he could end up in Tampa but it won't happen. The jets will probably claim him if he's waived.

Their waiver is too low though

Not denying that it's good for Texas but I'm going to sully the owners because I hate them and highly doubt their level of humanity.

Yeah I'm not sure, I know Houston/Dallas/Tennessee have but I'm sure plenty of others have

 

As someone who works at a charity, we're all for giving people the tax write off if it means we get more $$$

I'd imagine the Colts pick up a corner during roster cuts but I'd be surprised if Haden is the one they get

 

Bummer to see Joe Haden go. Seemed like a good guy and embraced the city of Cleveland which was cool. But dude had been slipping lately.
