I was gonna make fun of you guys for watching preseason last night but here I am watching Steelers/Giants

 

lil Watt with his first sack lol nice to see him with the awareness to go for the strip

 

The Giants OL is really really really really bad but hey draft a tight end who can only play receiver and can't block lol

 

Marvin already wasting timeouts five minutes into the first quarter already lol

 

Not watching so Dobbs is bad looking at stats?

 

he's got some good footwork but definitely some questionable passes

 

Dobbs will never be a good NFL quarterback.

 

I'd rather have Sutton/Conner in the 3rd than Davis Webb, Dobbs can't be worse than Landry Jones right?

 

So like was spagnulo always this good? Is it because the personnel is the best he's had in awhile? I don't remember him ever doing this with another team.

The thing to remember with Dobbs is he plays better after getting hit a few times. And he plays better from behind.

Neither things you want in the NFL, but damn he was fun to watch in college.

Wanted to share a little jersey info with you guys with a little experiment I did....ever since yukijersey was seized and destroyed, my NFL jersey buying has been pretty much nil. I wanted to change that this year and order a customized Sidney Jones IV jersey because I've waited forever for the Eagles to draft a promising Husky (no, Chris Polk as a UDFA does not count) but before I did that, I wasn't sure which one I wanted (the ridiculously expensive vapor unlimited elite, the moderately expensive limited, or the cheapest option---the "game" jersey)

I ordered one of each in a store stock item, not customized so that I could compare and contrast and then send them all back once I knew what I wanted and here are my quick reviews of each:

Elite ($324.99, lmao): When they say it's just like what they wear on the field, they aren't kidding---it really is. Down to the short sleeves where your pit hair hangs out. I like the triple stitched name/numbers and detailed logo but the heavier fabric and sleeves kill it for me on this.






Limited ($149.99): This was my favorite out of the bunch. It's the in between price point and includes stitched logos/shield/name/numbers but instead of the triple layer stitching, it's all one layer---which is fine, it still looks pretty cool. The fit on this was much more comfortable overall from the Elite (which is a much snugger/tighter fit).




Game ($99.99): These are the ones you probably see 99% of the time in your local sports store. I don't care at all for screen printed numbers/names/logos and the fit on this kinda reminded me of the old Reebok style---not my thing.

The limited jerseys are the best, imo.

 

That's been Nike's game forever. The last time they had the NBA, it was the basic replica, Swingman and authentic jerseys. Swingman was always the best for fit, quality and price point.
