Ok state and Sooners losing in one day would be fun, I predicted tcu would beat them anyway

It was up for like four hours before the change, I have to imagine ESPN is just for some reason throwing the tiniest amount shade. Either way, I laughed.

 

Matt Rhule is basically gonna be Patterson 2.0 in 5 years or at least they hope so

 

Cal will probably be competing for the division in 2 years once they have a few Wilcox classes in, he came in super late last year. I'd actually be kind of worried if graham gets fired from asu if he has a shit year, that could be a really good job opening for someone who doesn't suck.

 

Really hope the Hawkeyes can pull this one off.

 

Yeah, I'm looking forward to seeing what Wilcox does. I did not expect them to look this good this quickly.

 

I think their recruiting classes haven't been that bad so it's not like he inherited garbage but this is probably the main reason it had such a big impact (besides the obvious of darnold USC etc.). Cal has been garbage against division rivals.

This weekend is a victory if I can look at the standings and see Florida and Florida State with two losses in September.

 

We can't stop anybody.

We're averaging 41 points a game. Normally, I'd be proud of being a part of a team and an offensive staff like this, but we're giving up 53 points a game.

I've done this for almost ten years and I've never felt more deflated after a loss.

also, i feel like Oklahoma State always has a game or two (outside of the Oklahoma game) that they lose that constantly keeps them a tier below where the pre-season folks think they'll be. not surprised they lost to TCU today. that team almost always has one or two losses each year that great programs don't have.
