True. Also, in some context it's not as bad as the post originally makes it seem. Especially during the Mariota days they were blowing people out by the 3rd quarter and then the backups would come in and it's hard to keep the energy and enthusiasm high when you're up 35+ so scores are bound to happen. Yes, some of those games it's pretty bad they give up 20+ but a good amount are also a real good team playing 2nd/3rd string against starting offenses in the 3rd quarter.

And lastly, when your offense scores in 90 second drives it leaves a lot of opportunities for the other team to score.

 

Nebraska had to go to the final whistle to beat something called the Arkansas State Red Wolves in Lincoln last night. Oregon probably beats them.

 

....but Oregon beat Southern Utah by 56 and Nebraska beat Arkansas State by one score, that's the comparison...

I feel bad for Rosen, that being said ucla will probably beat Hawaii pretty handily and Memphis too.

Well I severely underestimated A&M

 

They looked really good against ucla last year too. Really depends on how their qb situation works out, that run game looks monstrous though.

 

isn't A&M always great in September and half of October? by week 6 or 7 they always seem to completely fall apart
