Can't say how proud I am at the fight WMU is giving USC right now. This is unbelievable.

Back breaker. Still, what a fucking game for WMU. Bend but don't break defense, Darius Phillips did what he does best with another INT and kick return score, broke in a new QB in a tough environment and the three headed monster at the RB position was on point today. MSU is officially on notice.

 

I feel 100000000% better about UW's first half clunker last night after watching USC struggle at home for 53:00 in a game where they are -28.5.

 

WMU would beat Rutgers, though.

 

I'm not sure anybody is doubting that....WMU is better than Rutgers but USC again was -28.5, at home and had a premium kickoff time Pac-12 teams absolutely yearn for (1-3PST) and they still struggled for 85% of the game. If anything, I think this just proves that you have no clue what to really expect with anything in Week 1 of college football.

USC will be just fine. Washington will be just fine. I'm just still trying to figure out what the fuck was going on for the first 30:00 last night in my own game, is all.

 

Word. I still need to take my 10 minutes of decompression so I'm not super defensive about WMU, haha.
