Columbus is amazing. Northwestern has the best jerseys in the Big 10 though.

 

I don't understand criticizing Indiana for throwing so much, when something is working you don't just stop doing it, run 2 yards and punt lol the talent was going to overwhelm them eventually regardless

Also nick bosa is going to be a monster

 

Indiana wasn't going to get anything done on the ground.

 

Indiana had Jordan Howard and Tevin Coleman in the last three seasons. If they could've run, they would have. Also, passing like that against OSU is a huge statement for Tom Allen.

 

I hope our secondary is in order before we play Indiana.

 

yeah that was exciting for a half, but a less talented team can only hold on for so long with a one dimensional offense and tOSU's d line teeing off on them. At least it was entertaining for a little over a half.

 

Bosa and Hubbard will be the main reason that team gets to the playoffs. Jerome Baker is also an unreal defensive talent.

 

And in your defense, that's very much what it should have been.

 

Yep, not really sold they could do much against a team with good run defense and good offense though. Barrett looked pretty bad

 

Week 1 is always trick to evaluate though. Ohio State didn't have much film on Indiana, which is why the first half went the way that it did.

They made a lot of nice adjustments in the second half and took it over.

 

Yeah, that's true especially because they aren't a powerhouse with high level recruits a goldmine like osu needs to scout much. I just have thought Barrett's looked bad since the injury.

 

And what scouting OSU did do probably wasn't assuming they'd throw the ball 65 times.

 

I watched a lot of the first half again this morning. Indiana took advantage of what Ohio State was giving them. They were showing a lot of off-coverage and kinda sitting back trying to get a feel for what the Hoosiers were going to do. Indiana absolutely killed them with comeback routes for a while.

Then the Buckeyes came out super aggressive on both sides and got after Lagow. That was that.

 

I was at work and was only able to catch it when running food haha. It felt like every time I looked up someone was making a ridiculous one handed catch.

 

We just never agree on anything, huh. haha.
