No? The Big Ten is just on the rise. They've made good coaching moves lately, while the ACC has done similarly, the power still lies in the same spot. Purdue and Minnesota aren't the same as Miami and FSU in the slightest. Also, Nebraska is incredibly young. Virginia is losing their top four or so players. BC and NC State are losing their top guys, VT is too but they'll be fine, just won't be able to replace the Edmunds immediately. Louisville is losing the only thing keeping them competitive. It'll be a rough 2018 in the ACC after a surprisingly good 2017.
