Tanner Lee - He is Riley's QB. He accepted the transfer. He has to own that.
Tre Bryant - Let's hold off calling him a stud and a reason we're off. We've only seen him play a handful of games.
No argument against the defense. Its stunk before Riley.
Arguments why Riley stinks are legitimate. Legitimate to cut his tenure short, maybe-maybe not, but let's not give him excuses he doesn't deserve.

 

Ready for Lane Kiffin to return to a power 5 conference. Preferably SEC. I really think Ole Miss or Arkansas should give him a shot.

Tennessee won't happen... just bc. He's not good enough for Florida. Too risky for A&M.

I think Dan Mullen fits the bit as Florida's next head coach. Maybe Miss State should take a flyer on Lane.

 

Tanner Lee is a stop-gap QB and that was always clear. Patrick O'Brien is Riley's QB. Bob Diaco is a very good coordinator. The issues with the defense stem from the fact that it was shit before and switched to an ill-fitting system.

HOWEVER

Scott Frost would more than likely keep Diaco around. He would inherit a very young offense full of potential. It's some storybook shit.

 

Also, Lane Kiffin is not only good enough for Florida, he's perfect. He's an asshat like all their coaches but he actually understands that you need to score points. He's already got his feet in Florida recruiting too.

 

There must always be a Stark in Winterfell.
There must always be an Asshole in Gainesville.

Truly awful special teams. Muffed a punt, shanked a punt, and a bad snap over the punter's head all in the fourth quarter.

I still think they'll get to the MWC Championship though.
