Idiots. They took 13 people from both conferences.

From the East, I'd say DeMar DeRozan would be on there before a lot of guys and Hassan Whiteside might have a decent chance.

On the West, Chris Paul obviously. Rudy Gobert should have a very good chance, with DeAndre Jordan and Nikola Jokic contending for post positions too.

J.R. Smith explains his anthem stance

J.R. Smith stood several feet behind his teammates as a form of silent protest when the national anthem was played before the Cleveland Cavaliers' intrasquad scrimmage this week, he explained Friday.

"It's not an easy situation for me for the national anthem," Smith said. "Especially coming from where I come from, it's just not. I don't feel like it's represented in the right way.

"Obviously it's a tough conversation for everybody, and it still needs to be, I wouldn't say 'talked about,' because there's been a lot of conversations about it. It's time to start doing. What efforts are we going to put forth towards it? Unfortunately, I just don't feel -- I don't feel like the flag represents what it's supposed to at this point. That's from my perspective why I stood a few feet back from everybody else."

The Bulls are looking like Fred Hoiberg's first year team at Iowa State with all the damn threes, ball movement, and running the floor. Hilarious that its worked 2/3 preseason games so far. That style of play wasn't flying the last two season with the roster they had. Might as well live and die by the 3 if you're gonna tank. Its way more fun to watch than the last two years. Still gonna be a long season as a Bulls fan though, ha.

I really want to see Markkanen play on Sunday too. Dudes got some potential.

 

The bucks stink

 

Ya, I feel like the Bucks aren't gonna make much improvement this season. I think they'll be a middle-of-the-road team until they pick up a couple more substantial pieces to have around Giannis. Gotta be careful of that black hole.
