Think it's gonna be closer than you think. I'm sure you're right though. A fan can hope.

  2. 1,893,751 to 1,604,463 fan vote last year. That's a huge gap to make up. I think Kyrie is gonna be very popular this year too.

Giannis also had less than 100k votes in 2016. I know last year was the year he really "arrived", but he's still going to gain some popularity this year.

Giannis suffers because no one who votes for him will also leave Lebron off the vote. The east is weak, Lebron might as well be an all star vote free space

  5. But he'd have to gain like 15%, and there's diminishing returns at the top. I just don't think he's the most popular player in the league level yet.

  6. Also this. Haha.

  7. How many West players will get taken before the first East? 4? 5?

I hope you’re right and they ignore conference, but I doubt they’d go that far yet.

Lakers have had 4 lottery picks and it’s our 27th overall pick that looks like a potential star.

So excited for Simmons, especially now that he can be surrounded with shooters with Redick on the team and healthy Bayless

I get why people don’t like Windhorst, but I do like him for the most part.

Windy is the type of guy who LOVES to tell you bad news.

*Weird sidenote, his wife (Maureen) used to come to my house in college all the time to watch Cavs games...she never brought Brian. She worked with my roommate at The Toledo Blade (this was 10-12 years ago).
