Even if SJ scores again here with the EN and makes it 6-3, I'm pretty sure Toronto was up by 3 until around the 5 minute mark and it ended poorly.

Seeing Lucic lose is almost as nice as seeing the Sabres win.

 

I turned the game off in the 2nd period and the Kings scored 3 goals.

I turned it in and within 15 seconds the Sharks scored.

I'm a bad fan. I hope the Sharks make it out of the 2nd round. Only thing worse than losing is losing to the team that goes on to lose.

 

The Sharks finally did it!

 

Glad to see the Kings gone. Big game tomorrow!

 

Went to bed at the end of the first NYI/FLA OT. Woke up disappointed in the Panthers and Stars. Huge win for the Sharks though, so happy to see them break through.

 

Not a chance the Stars win the cup this year. I don't even think they make it past the Blues/Hawks. Not when they are giving up 5 goals a pop to Minnesota.

 

I completely agree. My biggest challenge when looking at the bracket was picking the STL/CHI series. No matter which way I went, I still had either winner moving past Dallas into the WCF.

They're getting the worst of Niemi and Lehtonen at the worst possible time. Either guy is completely capable of stealing a game or completely ruining it for the skaters. It really sucks for the franchise that they missed on Jack Campbell. They could really use a solid netminder, the rest of that team is fun as hell to watch.

 

So happy the Wild and Flyers are showing life.

 

Ducks/Blues or Sharks/Blues WCF would be so much fun. Anything else....meh.

 

So awesome seeing the Sharks take down LA. I don't think there is an easier group of guys to root for across the league than the Sharks.

 

I'm even more disappointed at the Panthers loss because the Islanders were supposed to get a penalty for tripping just before the goal...

 

I like so many of the Sharks players but I hate Pete

 

Neuvirth is this year's Darling.

 

Kings being eliminated means Canes have 2 picks in the top 22. If the Pens knockout NYR we will have 4 in the top 50.

It wouldn't surprise me if Francis packages a couple picks to upgrade the top six.
