The general consensus as far as I know is very top heavy, average-poor depth. So, Leafs basically chose the wrong year to stockpile picks.

 

my understanding is basically there is the top 3 (some people have Matthews a step above everyone else, I tend to think that Laine/Puljujarvi are actually pretty close), then about 10-12 more guys, then after that from about 15 to 40 is very interchangeable, and then after that it drops off a cliff

Yes, he is an "associate coach" this season and then takes over for hitch after this season. Dumb.

I've heard that rumor getting thrown around more and more and honestly I think it's possible. Especially given we're trying to get Panarin's extension done and we're currently over the projected cap already lol. Teuvo becomes an RFA in 2017 as well.
