In AHL playoff news, Dan Kelly is a deplorable piece of human garbage. Exhibit A-Z:

Hard to blame him when this is what this team tends to do; Bruce had similar issues when in DC. We'll see what happens next year.

That's disappointing as fuck.

 

I'm not really blaming him per se, but the history is there. It's always on the players to perform, but nine playoff appearances and not a single conference final appearance, it's going to be brought up.

Hopefully they can build the team a fraction more in the offseason and get farther next year. If I was a fan, I'd be cautious about any amount of regular season success moving forward, after how this season shook out.

 

Yeah, I put zero stock into them winning the President's Trophy after what happened last time.

Given my Caps over Ducks in the SCF prediction, I guess I'm not too worried that my bracket entry doesn't seem to be officially recognized.

Blues and Sharks guarantees me money in my pool. In typical fashion of those two teams, I was super confident in that happening on Saturday and now am agonizing over a potential Dallas/Nashville series that screws me entirely

 

I'm loving the western conference right now with all of the underdog teams. I'm hoping someone from the West wins it all.

My bracket is still in okay shape, as long as the Preds make it far.

Read this morning the Preds were the least-picked team in the bracket challenge at 0.7%. Caps were the highest at 34%.

 

33 points total too, which is weird, because I could have sworn he was a locker room cancer that doesn't work hard?

 

Got to see Provorov live last night...hooboy am I ready for the new season to get here already.
