I can never remember if the draft actually starts at 8pm eastern or if that's just what time coverage starts.

 

The countdown on NBA.com says 3h54m until the draft, so I'm guessing the first pick is at 8:30

EDIT: 7:30, I'm terrible at math lol

 

Pre-coverage starts at 7EST, draft starts at 7:30.
First pick probably wont happen for 20 minutes after that

 

so apparently thonn maker is falling because he actually isn't 19? haha

 

He's 23

 

Is there any actual evidence that he's older than he says he is? There's always been rumors since he was born in Sudan, but that's really the only basis I've seen for the age question.

 

Who knows, if he drops out of the first round it'll be the only evidence

 

I think I saw something about a school year book but the picture I saw didn't have a date on it, just his picture and a few other students so I don't know

 

That Hornets trade makes zero sense.

If Woj says he's going 1st round, then I don't think GMs are paying too much attention to the age rumors.

 

I'd take it as a debunk to prior tweet, or maybe there are teams that dont know. Well see, fun!

 

If they're still trying to dump Lamb it makes sense. Gives them a solid back up guard.

Can we not post picks in here before they're actually announced? I got off twitter after the Lakers pick to avoid spoilers. It just makes watching it pointless.

i saw all the posts and i just thought i was on a major tv delay and something had been announced. haha

 

There's a delay between when reporters get the news and when the broadcast announces it for every draft for every sport.

 

I remember Woj having about a minute or two of an edge last year, but it seems extreme this year.
