I do think the game either is needs to be sped up or shortened. I find it hard to sit down and really watch every game like I used to when I was younger and had nothing else to do. Over 3 hours per match 3-5 nights a week is a little much to ask of people. The NBA, NHL, and EPL are all reasonable in length. With all of that said, I am not exactly sure how I would go about it. If they could find a way to eliminate all of the step outs after every pitch, shorter pitch clock, etc I think could make sense. Finding ways to make the games move more efficiently is what I would like to see updated.

I know i'm in the minority but i'm 100% happy with the way the game was played before the reviews and all that.

I would be ok with review going away if it helped keep the game moving. There are just too many things that can slow the game up right now. Once you have review though, you aren't going to get rid of it, so now it's a question of how to make it work and not slow things up. Perhaps limiting the manager reviews would be a start.

I think the NBA is probably the clear best league at marketing the stars. I also love the way they format the playoffs. It just sucks how the playoffs are always super eh for the first two rounds.

Man, what a trip down memory lane. I remember all the hype regarding Marte wayyyyy back in the day. Supposed to be the Braves 3rd baseman for years to come while they kept Chipper in LF or if he became washed up. Hate his career never took off. RIP

I still remember trading for him hoping he would gain traction and write the wrong of letting Brandon Phillips go for cash considerations. That obviously did not happen.

I guess I have to root for Gleyber Torres to not tear through AA too fast so I can go see him in Hartford in June or July

His hype is getting pretty crazy, I don't blame you. Luckily some trade she need to be made or some injuries need to happen at least so you'll have a shot I think.

I'm so lazy, when I think of all the players that came through New Britain, like damn lol. It just occurred to me today to check if the Yard Goats play Trenton and luckily they have series in June, July and August. Got a few of Torres' first Yankee cards, definitely aiming for June and hoping he's around and I can snag some autos.

It's like impossible for people to want to go to minor league games, sometimes you gotta just tough it out and have a good time

It was cool when the Yankees AA team was in Norwich, I went to a few games there. Got my pic with the 96 World Series trophy there so that was awesome.

Was hoping Dozier would go to LA. He kills the tribe. At least those Dozier to Dodgers trade rumors are done.

I'm going to miss my weekly Dozier to LA heating up notifications.

also it looks like an ok trade for the Dodgers. From what I see we lose in the long term but gain in the short term.

I really liked forsythe, kinda don't like that move for them. I'm guessing they'll go lateral and trade another pitcher for a hitter soon though.
