Haha oh man, those 51s games were rough to watch.

 

I've never been to a 51's game that wasn't rough. Unless it's dollar beer night.

 

I feel like most minor league games are rough. Usually you just go for the gimmicks, hanging out and top prospects.

 

And also the terrible chicken fingers. And the alpacas that one time.

 

Even the announcer guy sounds disinterested lol

 

AAA is pretty good.

 

Now's the time to jump on with a team like ATL or PHI that's terrible now, has the prospects to be good in a few years, and is in a big enough market to sustain it for awhile

 

I have it narrowed down to Nats, Mets, Orioles, Giants

 

Let's go Indians. Time for the swoop game if this is true. Go sit at the big boys table and go get yourself Edwin.

I think the Rockies are fun and on an uptick, idk why no one mentions them. They have a lot of good hitters and young up and comers.

Despite my fantastic lung capacity.

 

The Fresno Grizzlies are a super fun team to watch and go to games.

They constantly have the best themed nights and I've been lucky to see some of the Astros top prospects before they made it to the bigs.

It's so much better now than it was with the Giants as our triple A affiliate. We were basically a bottom feeder with them since they always took prospects right away.

 

Can't pick giants. you have to pick a team that hasn't won in a while.

I'd suggest orioles

 

Astros

enjoy the Springer, Bregman, Altuve, Correa, McCullers movement

but anyway, saw Martes and Tucker could be the start of a package for Quintana

 

A Yankee blog suggested for Quintana:

Either Clint Frazier or Gleyber Torres, one of Aaron Judge, Blake Rutherford, Jorge Mateo or Luis Severino plus two other prospects. Lol we're not close enough to seriously winning to do that, plus Quintana started out as a Yankee and they let him go, so they messed up big on him and wouldn't kill the farm for him. And no way they trade Frazier or Torres.

I could see the Astros making a move though.

 

I'd offer judge, Adams and andjubar.

 

I miss Frazier. I get it was the cost of doing business, but he is a unique player. Him and Zimmer were a fun OF duo to watch in Akron and Columbus.

 

I wouldn't offer anybody yet lol. Some package will get moved eventually for a quality starter. I'm pretty patient haha. Cessa and Green showed some potential and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do.

Going to miss Soler and spamming "SOLER POWER!!!" in the gameday threads on /r/chicubs when he went yard. I hope he does amazing with regular playing time and tears the AL up
