Salazar would have been a better choice. Tomlin has a near 5.00 career ERA. Why not get creative at least? Marching Tomlin out there against Arritta is foolish.

I'm not an Indians fan so I haven't followed the team but coming back from a flexor issue, I'm not aware if Salazar's even been stretched out enough. Like would his max be 50-ish pitches? Idk Tomlin was good in his last start, at worst seems like a toss-up either way to me. A rested Arrieta, Indians were at a disadvantage either way.

  7. Salazar is literally only able to throw two pitches. Breaking stuff is still too painful.

Well if that's the case he's only useful for literally one time through a lineup at best, so yeah I don't see how they had an option other than Tomlin tonight.

Really sucks that our only legitimate relievers are Montgomery and Chapman.

Also Joe West almost went John Lackey chainsaw massacre on Strop there

I just don't like the concept. Here you have a chance to win the WS at home and you send out a forth tier starter. I don't get it. You have a full bullpen of guys to work with. You don't have to be conventional.

  16. lol shut up with that "both teams won tonight" bullshit a-rod.

  17. Generally I have found a-rod to be very good at this tbh

I'm confused. Why did Tomlin pitch in short rest?

  22. I mean if you have chance I think you need to go. Are you paying $1,000+?

If you're able to see a game 7 of a World Series with any teams playing you should go. When you're a fan of one of the teams, i can't believe you're even contemplating!!

Because the Indians realistically have three starting pitchers.
