As a tribe fan I hope the Cubs party their asses off for two days and forget to prep for the series. On paper with our injuries, we probably should lose. I hope our formula works for four more wins.

    Hi, I'm Negan ;)

I mean really the only name that The Tribe will miss is Carrasco, Brantley has been gone all season for the most part. Salz should be ready to go. It's gonna be close, could go 7. Go Tribe

What an incredible night. I'd give anything for my Mom to be able to witness this. GO CUBS GO.

But at any rate, I don't care who you're a fan of...this series will be insane.

    BOO

Absolutely incredible. I FINALLY graduated college this year and this is better than that. I cried. Hendricks was incredible. The offense was perfect. I watched it with my dad who is a life-long fan. My Gramma (who also signed me up for the Die Hard Cubs Fan Club when I was born) was watching with my aunt and uncle in Kentucky. I saw someone watching in Tunisia. This was really, really good.

Also, naming all my kids Theo.

Man, I just can't stop thinking about how good Kyle Hendricks was tonight. The whole time yesterday and today leading up to this game the way the media talked about him (or rather didn't talk about him) you'd think Kershaw was facing the cashier at Circle K or something. But Hendricks is legit one of the best pitchers there is. One of the only guys who can throw 88 right down the middle of the plate and hitters are completely baffled

Watching Hendricks this year was almost as fun as watching Arrieta last year. Completely different arsenals and styles, but same great results and lots of weak contact. I love weak contact.

As a Cardinals fan I am rooting for the Cubs in this one. Good luck to a dedicated fan base that has wanted this for so long and stuck by year after grueling year!

I know that but I thought even then they had to be on the team prior to Sept 1?
