    Very happy for Andrew Miller.

Thought it was cool of Cashman to say he was rooting for the Cubs and Indians so the trades they made were worth it.

What an awful inning of at bats

    Fun must be always. Prestigious

dodgers bullpen has been worked these past two games and it's showing hard.

Dodgers are basically going to need Kershaw/Jansen to pitch a perfect game.

What's Chapman's deal, does he miss New York? I know I saw him show emotion as a Yankee, he looks like he hates life every time I've seen him this postseason

That's not the feel that I've gotten from him after watching him from late July and onward.

I've seen him show plenty of emotion in the regular season and in the playoffs, especially after closing out the Giants. He was pumped.

As for today, it's just an inning to get some work in since he hadn't pitched in a few games. It's not exactly a moment of intensity or needing of emotion.

Haha ok was an honest question. I remembered him sitting on the bench basically expressionless when Montero hit that grand slam so I was wondering if these were outliers.

I feel you! I've seen people on other sites question it as well, which is totally fine. I remember him looking emotionless during the Montero grand slam, but I'm pretty sure he was pumped during the Fowler homer right after.

If memory serves, Chapman had given up two runs from the inherited bases loaded situation in the top of the 8th in game 1, which tied the game at 3-3. Perhaps he was stuck in his head thinking about all that during Montero's at bat? That's my guess.

Or just pissed they didn't let him bat haha. Yeah I hear ya, not a bad guess possibly. At least I don't feel crazy for wondering about that since I'm not the only one haha.

Gonna be at the game Saturday with Cubs up 3-2 in the NLCS. This will be my second NLCS game 6 with the Cubs up 3-2. :/

Really hoping for a better outcome this time around.

    Wrigley is gonna be rocking.

I wish Steve Bartman would go to the game on Saturday. Obviously I clearly understand why he wouldn't.

If Cubs make World Series, it wouldn't shock me at all if they asked him to throw out first pitch before Game 3, 4 or 5.

He absolutely wouldn't do it. If they won the world series, maybe he'd come do it for a random game next year.

*Sidenote, the Catching Hell documentary is one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Not just sports related, but any kind of documentary.

Totally agree. I really want to watch it again but I have a hard time just because it takes me back to that dark time as a fan. I was 13 but I still remember it like it was yesterday.

Although I'm from Cleveland and am a die-hard Indians fan, I followed the Cubs pretty closely when I was a kid. Growing up, my Grandpa's last name was Grace, so he had convinced me when I was like 5 that Mark Grace was related to me. I'd come home from school and watch the Cubs on WGN every day with him. I was a big fan of Sammy Sosa before he started popping out 60+ homers every year. Loved Kerry Wood. I remember his 20 strikeouts game like it was yesterday (was ecstatic when Indians got him - didn't work out so well) and even visited Wrigley Field a few times when I was young. I was 18 when the Bartman game happened. I still followed them pretty closely at the time and was really bummed when they blew the NLCS. I knew as soon as the Bartman incident happened, it was a 'here we go' moment, even though that was FAR from the reason they blew it.

I don't think he will ever go back to Chicago. Probably not even a baseball fan anymore.
