White Sox need Drake LaRoche back in charge of things.

ok can someone explain why most of these games are so early?

Dodgers/Nationals series is during when basically everyone on the west coast is working.

Prob so that they can show every game and the Cubs are the Cubs, so they get first dibs on the good time slots.

MLB Playoff schedules are always a mess. They wonder about their popularity diminishing. Well, maybe it's because they're scheduling playoff games at noon on a Friday when everyone has to work or go to school, or LCS games at 4 p.m.

    It's insane.

8:15 is such a late start but I'll take it.

But then you hear people complaining how they don't play enough playoff day games

I've never heard anyone complain about that...people have to call off work or skip school if they want to watch games. How is that doing the sport any good? How is that maximizing TV dollars? It makes no sense whatsoever.

Old time baseball fans call sports radio all of the time clamoring for day world series games. But that's besides the point. .I kinda like it. It's the same fun aspect of daytime March madness.

I was about to go to the "NHL has playoff start time perfect" but than I realized NHL typically aligns playoffs with cities location so that can't work.

currently looking into tickets for game 4 since I'm praying it happens.

I don't remember how it was for every other team, but Nashville's scheduling was some of my least favorite in any sport in recent memory. 9:30 PM local time is too late to start almost every single game

Nashville had like one game that stared before 9pm EST, out of 14.

Only one switch away from 100% Posey instead of Lucroy (even though numbers wise, I'd say the edge goes to Lucroy)

I got 95% with the Sox outfield, Cubs infield, Giants rotation, Orioles bullpen, Lucroy, and Papi.

I forgot about the potential Terry Francona/Red Sox narrative. I'd kind of like if Francona knocked the Sox out, I liked him a lot.

Francona is great - miss him from Boston.

    Edge: Francona over Farrell.

Considering how the Cards played this season, dude must of hit his head and refused to seek medical treatment if he thinks the Dodgers are scared of the Cards. After all, one team won their division and the other missed the playoffs after struggling to get a WC spot.
