The Dodgers have inquired about Evan Longoria and the Rays have not said no. They probably won't trade him, but if he's not completely out of the question then that concerns me. Somehow this year has still felt like overachieving. I'd really like to not send Longoria to Friedman though.

 

Honestly would be doing him a huge favor, what concerns me more is they'll deal players for practically nothing to keep the team bad until they're gone.

 

With how little we got in return for ruining this team, I wouldn't be surprised if we traded Longoria for $100 and some fucking Triscuts.

 

Throw in bubba starling or some other washed up top prospect and yea, probably accurate

 

They probably have gotten too many good offers so far, they're waiting it out till they can justify trading for garbage

 

Trade you Chase Headley, Michael Pineda and a 12 inch Subway for Longoria lol

I recently decided to become a baseball fan. I live in Seattle so I now follow the Mariners. I'm not having fun.

 

I know it might be smart for the Yankees to get something at least for Chapman and Beltran but jesus the daily articles about it on ESPN are getting old.

I mean there's like 5 good reasons to watch the team and two of them are Beltran and Chapman lol. And at this point I think I'd be ok if they just said screw A-Rod and brought Beltran back to DH one more year. If they do trade them it makes sense and I totally get it. I just don't want them to trade Miller. He's like one of my favorite Yankees ever already. Great teammate.

 

The Reds shot off home run fireworks and the game had to stop until the outfield cleared lol I've never seen that before.
