Extremely impressive game from the Tribe so far considering they're basically pitching a bullpen game (with a AA starter debutante sandwiched in the middle).

 

They just have no quit in them. Kind of like the Cleveland Cavaliers when they were down 3-1 and came back to win the NBA championship. Remember that?

It just got pointed out to me that Tribe have gone through Detroit=>Atlanta=>Toronto.

Yeah I saw that at the beginning of their road trip. Crazy how it's the same as the 2016 NBA Champion Cleveland Cavaliers.

Did teams trade players/bring them up and send them down as much in the 90's as they do now?

I just remember the braves had a solid lineup for a while in the 90's.

 

Even as the streak dwindles we do something historic. Rajai Davis just hit for the cycle.

He did it in reverse order too. Home run then triple then double then single. Neat.

 

A bummer the streak ends. Indians lose game three just like the reigning world champion Cleveland Cavaliers. Hopefully they rebound tomorrow with a win and don't lose game four like the champs did.

It's all his fault the Braves decided to unload and rebuild. If he would have just been decent and not a colossal failure, I feel the Braves would have stayed course and stayed competitive. BJ was pretty much the main reason Wren got canned. Uggla didn't help either. But you know what... the Braves were fucking good in 2013 even with those two shit stains stinking up the lineup.

 

Joe Ross has been kind of brutal the last month. Can Giolito take his or Gonzalez's spot, please?
