Las Vegas has now registered the name “Sand Knights,” having previously locked down “Desert Knights,” “Golden Knights,” and “Silver Knights,” and after having struck out on “Black Knights” and just regular old “Knights.”

Should just go with Sand People or Wayne Knights

These are names that were thrown out by various media outlets. They're mostly terrible, but better than what's currently being registered.

Las Vegas Big Horns
Las Vegas Scorpions
Las Vegas Flamingos
Las Vegas Jackrabbits
Las Vegas Wranglers, which would pay homage to their former minor team.

I sorta like Big Horns because the big horn sheep is Nevada's state animal and the logo would probably look pretty dope...

 

Big Horns and Wranglers would be cool. Better than the SAAAAAND KNIIIIIGHTS

Scorpions would be cool. Basically every name thrown out so far has been awful.
