The rams are gonna give the titans a really really good pick next year

really surprising to see you give out higher grades than I did. Only two grades of yours thats lower -- I gave Linder an A- and Marqise a C+

also I'm really glad others took part in the draft grading and 53-man roster. This thread is fun when we do interactive things like that to shed some light on our teams. I learned plenty in these past 20 pages.

  4. I'm excited about the next draft. Fournette, Chubb, McCaffrey, and Cook are all worthy of a first round pick. Gettleman has been itching for a new RB and this seems like the perfect time to get one.

Until I did mine I had completely forgotten Andre Hal was a 7th round pick

Wish the Jags didn't sign Chris Ivory for that reason actually. Too much RB talent in the next draft to sink all that money into a 30 year old

yeah i hadn't before realized Myles Jack, Telvin Smith, Brandon Linder, and Allen Robinson were ALL draft picks that were traded to us. Man do i love Dave Caldwell as GM. Only trades when it's TOTALLY worthwhile to do so.

Like, when we traded Eugene Monroe, I thought it was so dumb we got two 5th round picks, that seemed so weak for a pick 8 LT who had performed great and continued to perform well his first few years in Baltimore. But one of those picks was packaged in a trade for Brandon Linder, and the other one gave us Telvin Smith, so I take that Monroe trade any day with hindsight, even with our horrible LT play since then.

    there is one way out

I'd agree with these grades. Looking at them as a whole, they were definitely successful. 2013 with Bell, Wheaton, and Williams (and J. Jones, who I'm not crazy about, but was at the time). 2014 with the one two punch of Shazier and Tuitt then contributors in Bryant (should be a starter/star, but isn't there yet with suspensions) and McCullers.

The Panthers will end up with Chubb. And he will be very good.

Yep, only one that hurts is the Jarvis Jones whiff. but thats only looking back. At the time he seemed a need badly, and how do we know that most of the next 10 picks become pro-bowlers in spots we could have used (S, O-line, WR)

That said, I remember being pumped cause I thought Star was gonna fall to us. He'd have been a damn monster for us at NT and moving around in sub packages. We might not have even drafted McCullers if we had him

Wish the Jags would cut Denard Robinson and sign Kelvin Taylor off the 49ers practice squad

Agreed. He reminded me of Gilbert Brown. So rotund, but so light on his feet.

Richard Sherman is typically a "stay on his side of the field" corner, right?

I'm just curious how Seattle plans to guard against Landry

plus glass man Devante Parker might not even play on Sunday lol so that means that Stills and Landry are basically never coming out of the game

Yea, Jeremy lane is very good inside. I'm not sure who else is starting, maybe you try to line him up there. Either way they are still the Seahawks

I obviously expect Miami to get blown the fuck out, but Miami's biggest strength (DLine) matches up well with Seattle's biggest weakness (OLine) so who the hell knows. I am just excited that football is back

I was rolling my eyes so far in the back of my head last night reading some Seattle fans on twitter about how they have a good OL as you can tell by Russell's stats. Nevermind the fact that Wilson is constantly saving the collective asses of his offensive line with his uncanny scrambling ability. His OL is dookie and I don't care what any Seattle homer says.

Best bet to beat him is to send corner/linebacker blitzes early and often, imo. He can certainly make you pay if you don't get home but he can get away from beefier DL guys without too much hassle.
