Whether it's luck or not, it's not a bad thing. The history of time has shown us teams need to be nearly perfect to win championships, and that includes getting a lot of those "lucky bounces", or just simply other teams fucking up and handing you opportunities.

 

and that is fine and also a true statement. Some people just don't like it being called what it is. At the end of the day, a win is a win is a win so who cares how it comes but lets not act like there isn't some sheer luck involved, particularly when it happens over and over again.

 

Whether it's luck or not isn't relevant? It absolutely should be.

And "a win is a win" is the most dismissive and useless narrative.

I don't believe luck is one of those things that disappears once you have it once.

 

Which would imply it isn't luck... it's a knack, in a way.

 

That's not true. You can be lucky one time or a thousand. It doesn't make it skill just because it happens more than once or twice. Especially when the circumstances are all vastly different.
