Oh, gosh haha... No way. I don't really think Harbaugh's style fits in the NFL. Same with Saban. They are both authoritarian control types, and I don't see them humbling themselves to relent enough to make it work there. Harbaugh had it going for a bit, but it soured quickly. I think they understand they are at good programs where they can wield more power and influence.

 

Harbaugh will go to LA when Chip Kelly goes to Oregon and Nick Saban goes to the NFL.

I'd be more concerned about Sumlin leaving A&M for the job than Harbaugh Michigan

 

Part of me wants to see Saban take another stab at the NFL. Never for a stupid franchise like the Rams though.

 

This would probably be the time for that, though still a really low chance. He had a chance to take on the bucs job last year and turned it down and I dont think any of the jobs opening are as good as that one.

 

There was some talk that him and the Giants had mutual interest in one another before they hired Mcadoo. That would have been a nice gig. But man, there's nothing about the Rams that I find appealing. It's like them and the Jaguars. Just no.

 

Yea, I just dont think he will do it. I think he'd want a lot of control too and it just doesn't work that way in the NFL.

 

You can absolutely have total control if you REALLY want it and the team REALLY wants you.....now whether you are good at it is another story entirely....

 

I just remembered the rams actually gave fisher full control and he hired Snead as his gm lol chip actually got a raw deal because he didn't get to have his own gm
