Interested in seeing where Mark Helfrich ends up. If Lane Kiffin gets the Houston job, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing him in Baton Rouge.

Why bad choice? Helfrich is a bad coach but a good OC. Oregon itself was bound to implode the second Kelly left. Frost leaving only confirmed that.

If any program is bound to implode, it's Baylor and its 1 2017 recruit

Oregon is not the juggernaut everyone thought it was in the Kelly/Mariota days but it's a much better situation than Baylor

 

Washington already has the top two best players in the state of Oregon committted to them for 2017 which just two years ago was unheard of.

 

Recruiting in Texas against Oklahoma, A&M, and Texas isn't any easier though
