Does Alabama deliberately recruit bad / mediocre QB's? They have the most erratic play from that position ever and it makes no sense given how good / great they are at almost every position year in and year out.

Kind of like Wisconsin, I'm surprised they haven't gotten a big time 5 star recruit to lead the team. Most likely you won't set any records being a run heavy offense, but you'll win games and most likley championships.

 

Then again Jake Locker was talked up as a great early first round pick - and was - and he played for a shit team that went 0-12 (sorry xkj for bringing this up) and I don't recall him doing anything special. And most Heisman winning QB's are awful in the NFL so what do I know.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing Florida win, but I don't think it'd make much difference anyway
