LSU gave us all we can handle. But man, it feels so good to shut Fournette down again.

 

How does that Washington player not get a personal foul for straight up shoving that Cal guy onto the ball to try and get possession on the punt return?

 

What would the penalty be?

Every time I start watching college football Alabama is the reason I lose interest haha. Like all due respect, really good team but it really discourages the parity and rotation of good teams in CFB to have one team that's just, always like that.

With a freshman QB too. This is like if the NE Patriots used Jacoby Brissett the whole season and still were undefeated

 

if anything, this season has been one of the better displays of parity in recent memory

 

These fucking announcers lol.....Ohio State could jump UW on Tuesday and it wouldn't surprise me one bit but for fucks sake....let's think of the logic here real fast.

• Ohio State loses to unranked Penn State team.
• PSU shockingly ranked 12 in the first playoff rankings
• Announcers now talking about how Ohio State could jump UW because their loss is a "good loss".

WAT?!?!?!

They think Syracuse is a good win also

 

This thread has bashed Clemson for not blowing out teams they're suppose to. They do it to Syracuse and they still get bashed.

 

No one has bashed them for not blowing out opponents. We have bashed them for looking bad against opponents.
And they aren't being bashed for blowing out Syracuse. I'm just saying how absurd it is that the first time they do something that every elite team has done all year they get called the best team out there.

 

I didn't bash Clemson for beating Syracuse. I bashed the people that were calling Syracuse a good team, mainly Clemson fans I know.

Sheesh....Washington put up 66 on Cal last night and they LOST points in the coaches poll/AP poll. I think UW can go undefeated and win the Pac-12 and still not get in.

 

at least USC looks like a decent team / decent win, and gotta hope that State can continue to impress so that game / possible win would look real good too.

(edit: Stanford likely wins their final 3 which makes the win against them look good again too)

 

True. It's just so weird to be to see things like Ohio State getting credit for a "good loss" to Penn State despite Penn State not being ranked at the time but then discrediting the Dawgs win v. Stanford because at the time they were ranked #7 but then tailspinning after that game (although their three losses are to UW/WSU/Colorado, all top teams in the Pac-12). Isn't that just the same thing?

But yes, two of the final three games are going to be tough.

 

Entire Alabama defense named Walter Camp Defensive Player of the Week. Man, I love that.

 

LSU defense deserved it more. But I guess holding a bad offense that shoots itself in the feet to 0 is more impressive than holding an elite one to 10.

 

Oh please. Bama shot itself in the foot on offense way more than LSU did. Stuffed on the goal line. Missed FG. False starts in the red zone, etc...

Not gonna give Bama any credit for shutting down world beater, best player ever, superman #7? So, is he good or not?

Of course he's good. He's also the only good part of the offense. Really easy to take him out when you can't pass. Stack the box and let the best defensive front seven in football do the rest.
