Lived in Charlotte for my middle school years, was a very nice area. Great weather.

 

Well hopefully it goes better than the first time haha. Hope that situation works out for you too.
It's good I'm not going completely out west yet. I've been to every state west of Florida except North Dakota, Hawaii, Alaska, Minnesota, and Wisconsin but the farthest northeast I've been is Bonnaroo. Got a lot of work to do.

 

Isn't Dustin still in the Houston area? And you in SA?

I've lived two hours from Bonnaroo for ten years and still haven't gone.

I'd recommend it but 2011 and 12 were the years I went. It's changed since then I'm sure. I don't even know who went this year. It is also actual hell in a heat wave haha
Salivating over Austin's festival scene though. ACL, SxSW, and Austin Film Festival. Maaan haha.

 

It's pretty out of control. With Google, Amazon, Microsoft and other tech giants massively expanding all over the region, its pricing everybody else out.

Well that and all the overseas billionaire property investors and trump every normal person bid on a condo or something down else downtown.

 

Austin is somewhere I've always heard is awesome but I always fear I would love Austin but be afraid to leave anywhere too far from there if I decided to move there.

 

How many Dustin's are there? I met one of em with Chase in Dallas for mania weekend.

I'm currently shacked up in San Marcos for school right in the middle between Austin and SA, makes it easier to go out for shows.

I'd also highly recommend going to a UT game or two, fans are good people. Torchys and Homeslice are good dining options. (Get the trailer park taco trashy from Torchys)

I definitely plan on it. I like UT as a school and team. Plus I hate Oklahoma so I'll fit right in haha.
