Pretty safisified with this team, even if we haven't really played anyone yet. Thought our secondary would be getting roasted this season. Defense is streaky, but can step up when needed.

Margin of victory is whatever imo. Only the narrow Troy win is concerning to me.

 

So? If Troy had won would we call them elite? Because they'd be undefeated right now. Out of those teams they have the best single game, I won't argue otherwise, but they have the worst overall season.

I didn't mean barely as in it was close. I meant barely as in they legitimately struggled up until the very end.

 

Auburn isnt a bad team anymore, they're trending way up right now. Blowing out Arkansas atm. Weird.

 

Yeah, Auburn and NC State are decent teams. Not great, but not awful either.

 

And? That's my point. They are decent teams. When half of Clemsons schedule is struggling against just decent teams, how can you make the argument they are as good as the teams that dominate pretty much every week?

 

Given how this Auburn game is going, you need to stop grouping us with those teams. We have an incredible defense and our offense has the talent and just didn't have it together in that Clemson game.

 

You're either not understanding my point or telling me Auburn is an elite team.

Arkansas though is like Michigan State and Notre Dame. The only reason they were expected to be good was because "they always are." They lost a LOT of people to the pros last year.
