Sucks that the Cavs are going to be wasting another year of high-level LeBron

 

especially if he is playing in the east, that is an almost guaranteed finals appearance every year for a few more years.

 

He really should leave now, cause what a mess.

Jason McIntyre has been pushing this rumor for a few weeks, specifically that it doesn't make sense for LeBron to go anywhere besides Lakers or Sixers

But it depends on what he wants. Sixers have a better foundation but Lakers have a better opportunity to bring in other vets, plus the offcourt stuff. I refuse to acknowledge the possibility of him coming to Philly until there's more to the rumor

 

Seems like Kyrie wants a Westbrook like year, MVP talk, and all that.

 

yeah, it is definitely too early to assume. but lebron working out with simmons during summer league is interesting.

I don't picture Lebron with the 76ers. If he wanted to develop #1 overall picks he wouldn't have pushed so hard to get rid of Wiggins. I think he'd rather go to a place with ultimate cap space to bring in his guys. Not wade through rookie mistakes.

Kyrie is only 25, on a bargain guaranteed contract for the next three years and will be eligible for supermax with CLE. He's not going anywhere.

The year before he signed his max extension in 2014 (a month before LBJ came back), he was rumored to want out, practically every single day.

I'm not buying this. At all. I do think Kyrie wants to be THE man, which is why he signed back before he knew LeBron would be here...but he's got to know that he will be carrying this franchise for years to come as LeBron gets older/leaves/retires. EDIT: I don't actually think LeBron will leave.
