He has only gone over 24 points once this season though, plus this is @SEA. Definitely possible, but I don't feel horrible about it

 

well, yea but on the road against Seattle is a bit different than doing it against San Francisco

 

Decided to start Carr over Russell Wilson because of the injuries that Denver was facing on the defensive end. The league I'm in give 0.5 per completion to Quarterbacks. Carr was projected to score 32 points, of course he only scores 17.85. Now instead of not needing much production out of Doug Baldwin I need him to score 22.86 points to win tonight and if I don't win it's going to put me at 3-6 which pretty much puts me out of contention for the playoffs in the league unless I win out. Then to add insult to injury my running backs are:

Carlos Hyde
Darren Sproles
Ezekiel Elliot
James White
Jonathan Stewart

I knew Carlos Hyde was going to be out, but thought I would be fine starting Elliot and Stewart at running back and Sproles in the flex and didn't feel the need to drop anyone to pick up Hyde's backup. Big mistake, not only because of how many points he scored, but because my opponent picked him up and threw him in his flex position and got 23 points from him. All I could think is "those could have been my points. I hate fantasy.

Go Doug Baldwin (just hoping because he has been doing so mediocre/bad the past couple of games that maybe he will be on fire tonight).

 

I was just offered Alshon & Ryan Mathews for Ware & Eifert to which I promptly responded LOL NO.

I countered with Christine Michael & Delanie Walker to which I got a "maybe"...would you guys throw in Enunwa or Corey Coleman as a pot sweetener?

I have David Johnson, Spencer Ware and Frank Gore so I'm trying part with CMike before Rawls comes back and he loses all value. If I get this to go through I have Alshon, Allen Robinson and Landry.

 

meh, I mean I guess so if thats what it takes.

 

I'm kind of at that point of the season where I'm okay with moving my lower depth options because chances are I'm not going to play them anyway. If I'm in the playoffs and starting Quincy Enunwa or Ryan Mathews, I'm probably already screwed. I'm "buying low" on Jeffery, hoping he's less of a disappointment down the stretch than Robinson has been. I'm about to be 8-1, with two teams at 7-2, one at 6-3 and a handful of mediocre teams at 5-4/4-5 fighting it out to lose in the first round

 

Yeah this will go one of two ways. Seattle's D is so aggressive they're vulnerable to cutbacks which is obviously Shady's bread and butter, but they should know that and try to stay disciplined

 

what is the likelihood the seahawks D can at least muster up 9 points?

 

They'll have to do it mostly on sacks, points and yards allowed. One thing the Buffalo offense has been good at is taking care of the ball, I think they only have 4 or 5 turnovers

Somebody offered me Russell for Charcandrick before the MNF game. Took it right after since it was still active. Russ and Luck the rest of the way, take me there.

 

Taylor, Graham, and Elliott made this a pretty nice week

Anyway - which TE should I roll with the rest of the way: Reed or Graham? I need to upgrade my WR situation and I should be able to use one of those guys as a pretty good trade chip.

Edit: should mention that Graham is keeper eligible in my league while Reed is not

 

Also - of the "sellers" in my league, looks like the available WR targets are Green, Dez, Alshon, and Cooks. Pretty much would only be trading draft picks, so AJ will cost most. Just need to decide how much I'm willing to spend. Ugh.

Should I drop CWest for Kelley?

Should I drop Barnidge, CWest, TWest, Enunwa, or Peyton Barber for Zach Ertz?

 

Shall I drop Jacquizz Rodgers if I have Martin and Barber? Hoping Martin can come back soon.

If you're gonna pick up Ertz you may as well drop Barnidge, not much sense in keeping both around because I think they're on a similar level (though I'd rather have Barnidge if I were you)
