I have my WR2, WR3, RB2, RB3, DEF, and QB1 all on bye in the chorus league.

And I still might get lucky and win cause im playing an 0-4 team who also has 4 starters on bye

Definitely need Sproles to have one of his "boom" games, and I need Tyler Eifert to be targeted in the red zone on his first game back to score decent points though.

If I win then I will have made it to 4-1 despite Eifert and Jamaal Charles having early season injuries, plus all but two of my starters already done with byes, which would be a huge accomplishment. And I've only lost to the team in first place.

Is it time to just drop Jstew at this point?

Got an offer of a Hurns/Michael Floyd package for Murray - on its own I don't like it but if I can flip Jimmy Graham (I also have Jordan Reed) for a RB who's close to Demarco's production, would that be a reasonable deal?

  5. You might be able to land Jamal Charles if you can get someone to budge.

    The rivalry is back on

In general, if a trade has to be caveated by another possible trade, I'd probably avoid it. I'd just flip Jimmy Graham for the WR.

  7. Why not try to deal Graham first ?

If you can do that, then sure, but I think Murray is a top 10 RB moving forward and it seems like it'd be tough to get one of those for Graham.

Probably right. My remaining wideouts aren't a total tire fire (Matthews, Marshall, Smith Sr., Crowder) but we start 3 so I'm a little nervous about them.

I threw him out there, but don't think I'll get a lot of bites

10 Standard -- no idea if this is worth it.

    Give:
    Rodgers
    Emmanuel Sanders
    Jeremy Hill
    Latavius Murray

    Get:
    Russell Wilson
    Lamar Miller
    Jordan Mathews

i have some RB depth (Charles, Jones, Howard, Dixon). Current WR are A. Brown and Sterling Shepard. Any thoughts?

Well, my team that boasts starting WRs and a W/R/T flex of Antonio Brown, Brandon Marshall, Marvin Jones Jr., and larry Fitzgerald/Jordaan Matthews is 0-4, in a PPR league.

Dak letting me down in week 1, the Falcons backfield going off for more than 55 points in week 3 when I had a 55 point lead going into Monday night, and Semien getting hurt Sunday while my opponent has Julio go off for 48 points will do that. My RB's have also been terrible to below average at best (Lacy, Latavius, Ryan Matthews)

The good news is, I'm still only 2 games out of a playoff spot. So, not selling yet. But I almost definitely HAVE to win this week, and I'm facing the #1 team in the league. I was offered a trade, need some help deciding...

    I give:
Brandon Marshall ($13 to keep next year)

    I get:
Alshon Jeffery ($57 to keep next year lol not happening)
Matt Jones ($6 to keep next year)

Is anyone buying Matt Jones now after a shaky start? I am not high on him at all, but..I need an upgrade at RB, and his performance Sunday was promising albeit vs. the Browns. Do I pull the trigger on this trade? In case you can't tell, I'm not high on Alshon at all either, and I lovvvvvvvvvve Marshall.

    I would not do that

Horrible trade offer for you. Not even worth taking seriously. Rodgers > Wilson, Sanders > Matthews, Miller is not far enough ahead of BOTH Hill and Murray to even justify it

Nah. Someone who has waited this long on Jamaal isn't gonna trade him now that he's finally back

I'd go for someone who has been underperforming like Todd Gurley, or someone who has been unexpectedly hurt and not really shown much on the field yet like Doug Martin. If you drafted Jamaal Charles it's because you expected to wait and still believe in him playing well.

hm ok thanks for input. I guess I was overvaluing miller since I think Murray is basically losing his job and hill is inconsistent. I'd also take Mathews over sanders straight up. I think I'll decline tho, might be too much.

  17. I traded for Charles today.

That's silly. If someone asked me for Charles I would be treating him at least as a low end RB1. Better give me a big piece AND a decent RB replacement if you want him.

I mean if anything don't downgrade from Rodgers to Wilson. If you really like the trade then take the QBS off and counteroffer. Honestly though I don't know why you'd take Matthews over Sanders. Sanders is one of the most targeted WR2 in the league because he's open really often and DT draws the double coverage. He's the one that is easy to throw to so that's who their rookies will target.

  20. Don't ask what I gave up, I barely gave anything up.

    That's quite an assumption.

Charles has come back from major knee surgery before and had a 1500 yard season on the ground (nearly 2000 total yards)

  23. I wouldn't assume that.

that was also 5 years ago when he was 24 or 25...he will be 30 in 2 months

I like Charles, but I would be wary of making a big trade for an injury prone player

Eh, i agree, but making a big trade is one thing.

Valuing him already on your team, because you might have got an RB1 for weeks 6-16 in round 3, is entirely different. I don't think any trade matches the value of getting him in round 3 enough to be worth the risk of the person trying to trade for him. He's just not a good trade target in my eyes because I wouldn't want to give him up for the price people would want to lowball me for him due to his injury risk.
