Definitely should. I fell for the Shea Serrano Twitter hype and bought it and I don't regret it. Which btw Shea has a really funny newsletter about basketball he's doing weekly now I recommend ppl subscribe for.

I thought he was going to be so damn good when he was drafted.

 

I still don't quite understand players like that who don't know how to make correct plays but I mean I guess they exist, most of them just don't have the talent to stick to rosters. Hope Payne and him figure it out.

 

The newsletter is great. The Bueller/Benny the Jet column was fantastic this week. Shea is one of the most entertaining writers around.

 

When he was with Portland he had the hunger but sometimes he'd get like overly excited and get sloppy, then frustrated and then he was useless. When he's on tho he can be great. Apparently he's upset with his role with the Nets. Same old story haha

 

Lotta guys get by for an absurd amount of time on athletic talent alone. Gerald Green is someone who comes to mind. Dude is an athletic freak and would probably destroy anybody 1 on 1, but is so lost when it comes to executing plays and team basketball, it's unreal.

 

When he understands a teams playbook maybe then he won't suck, probably will never happen because he'll have lost his athleticism by that time

 

He's a rare story, he was gone until he had that redemption season. He was also pretty good on the Suns like two years ago and then has been a joke ever since. He's definitely just a heatcheck knucklehead kind of guy, he's earned that role for the rest of his tenure. The younger guys still have a chance, just sucks seeing talent go to waste.

man, i hope Blazers can clinch playoffs tonight, so they can at least start to think about resting starters.

 

They'd have to fuck up pretty bad to not win tonight.

Blazers final 2 games are agains the Wolves and Nuggets, probably get rest both those nights.

 

Accurate Blazers slander is the most hurtful slander.

 

yeah if he can bulk up i think he will improve on defense, basically now it is just him getting out muscled by NBA players. his outside/inside game is so smooth to watch, i don't really envision him being a star player, but definitely serviceable and can fill in a major role from time to time.
