the wonder years' the greatest generation wins with 23. both the national's trouble will find me and the 1975's s/t were tied with 22. just for more context, yeezus had 20, sunbather had 19 and paramore's s/t had 16. how did we let this happen

Probably should have seen that one coming, but I did not! Kind of felt like their stock had dropped a fair amount around these parts since 2013.

Fun fact: The AbsolutePunk staff list from this year had the same top four in a slightly different order. The National at 1, then The Wonder Years, then Yeezus, then The 1975.

Wow. I’m so mad at myself for not just throwing The 1975 into my top 3 knowing it would get votes .

I’ve never even heard a full album by The Wonder Years ….. most of the time I’m over it after 2-3 tracks when I listen to them.

but I’d imagine this is a big win for fans of the band, so enjoy.

It's got some great stuff on there but it's super inconsistent. Yeezus or The 1975 would have been better winners.

I always thought Yeezus was autotuned garbage except for Bound 2.

Yeezus is the last Kanye album I will accept arguments for it being a masterpiece
