I think that self titled record is my favorite of theirs but i admittedly havnt listened to the others nearly as much as i have the self titled

 

Man both the ones that follow it are classics

 

yeah i need to dive deeper into them. they have a new record coming out next month too.

 

it seriously disturbs me that no one (besides yrs truly) fucks with Destroyer - like, big time

I can't believe I forgot Manchester Orchestra! I'm listening to Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol, would it be considered an indie rock song? I have no idea. I just know I adore this song.

i would actually love like a "top 10 albums of the decade so far" thread. even though it might be kind of a weird place in the year for a thread like that, it would be really fun. Maybe it would be better at the end of the year, but you know what, it actually makes 0 difference now that i think about it

me and @Thomas Nassiff did it earlier in the year with some irl friends for albums since 2000 and it was p fun

 

we did it in the great Yellowcard thread hijack of 2016.
