Mangoes, raspberries, and blueberries. I also just got some dried figs from work the other day and they were delicious.
Also, does anyone actually 'snack on' veggies? Fruits have all the sugar so I can see why people choose those.
Put em on a sheet tray after you toss EM in olive oil then bake. Drizzle later with a good balsamic and it’s incredible. also roster cauliflower is my go to for in place of rice. Made roasted cauliflower tacos the other night and a vegan tikka masala served over roasted cauliflower florets and it was divine.
I like to snack on baby carrots and sometimes cucumbers, but sliced veggies are always getting dipped in blue cheese dressing or tzatziki at my house. edit: or hummus, like @bigmike said
I eat grapes for lunch (preferably red grapes) as well as Apple Sauce at least three times a week. I can also go HAM on good strawberries. Nothing better than a good strawberry, but nothing worse than a bad strawberry. As for veggies, I can eat POUNDS of radishes.
i can do baby carrots alone, but that's really the only vegetable I can think of that I'll snack on without something to go with it.
Dried pineapple only fruit I snack on Anyone who wants to tell me dried fruit is unhealthy bite me, fresh fruit spoils before I can eat it
