To be honest, I think so many people feel this way. So for me, I just have to keep reminding myself that I deserve love and happiness. And that I’m not boring, rather I’m just low key, or something else that frames it in a positive light. Like, basically everyday I don’t understand how I’m in a relationship with someone I think is so great when I’m a real boring/obnoxious doofus, but then she hits me with how she doesn’t know why I am with her and she lists all the things “wrong” with her. I think part of self confidence is realizing basically no one likes themselves and no one is confident about anything.
