Perhaps ignoring a newly hired female for two weeks is the exact problem you're having with the ladies, my man.
Idk if I started somewhere and worked with people that didn’t introduce themselves to me the first few days I’d assume they want nothing to do with me and would just go about my day
I don’t wanna turn this into a dunk fest (those are reserved for Dyl and Dan) but I will say I still fail to see how it’s “gross.” It’s not like you’re being a creep, you’re just welcoming someone into a new environment.
It’s also 100% worse because they have chosen me to be a leader at my work and they want me to be friendly and talk to all the new employees and I’m like nah this sucks.
EVERYTHING My locker has my safety vest, my harness for when I drive and my gloves, box cutter and any pens I need to write stuff down.
I had a locker when I worked at Target years ago, so I didn't think it was that unusual. Now, ignoring your co-worker until a randomly selected time frame on the other hand...
I'm not really judging. Just randomly decided to join in the heckling while mentioning having a locker.
